NEE Foundation


General Information

The Foundation ‘New Economic Education’ (abbreviated institutional name: NEE Foundation; institutional name in the English language: Foundation ‘New Economic Education’) is a nonprofit organization, its organizational legal form being foundation (hereinafter – Foundation). The Foundation was established in 2000 by the Institute for the Economy in Transition (its legal successor being the Ye. T. Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy Foundation).

The Foundation’s principal goal is to engage in activities aimed at implementation of not-for-profit projects in the fields of secondary, higher and continuing education, support and conduct of scientific research, distribution and popularization of knowledge in the field of economics, and at the advancement of other charitable purposes.

The supreme administrative body of the Foundation is the Board of Guardians of the Foundation.

The appointed plenipotentiary representatives of the founder in the Board of Guardians of the Foundation are S.V. Prikhodko, S.G. Sinelnikov-Murylev, A.D. Radygin.

The day-to-day management of the Foundation is executed by Director of the Foundation P.V. Trunin.
