Gaidar Institute grants to support talented graduate students.
Gaidar Institute for Economic Policy announces the launch of the Program to support talented
university graduates, young scholars who have chosen economic science as their profession and
wish to continue their postgraduate studies. The aim of the Program is to attract talented
economists to conduct research and study at the postgraduate level.
The Program is open to postgraduate students studying at the IEP postgraduate course of any
year of study. To participate in the Program, it is necessary to submit to the Postgraduate Studies
Department a plan to conduct a year-long academic research on a topic agreed with the director
of a reach center of the Institute.
After reviewing applications, successful participants receive a grant in the cost of postgraduate
studies. At the end of the year, participants submit a report on the implementation of the research,
approved by the director of research center of the Gaidar Institute.
